Job summary

Sharp Business Systems (SBS) in Taos, NM is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to provide desktop support and technical assistance to end users. You will diagnose hardware and software problems, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and maintain clear incident records for timely resolution.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent training, 1–2 years of desktop support experience, and a CompTIA A+ certification (within 6 months).

Qualifications

• College degree or trade school certification in a technical field preferred.
• 1-2 years related desktop support experience.
• Must possess or achieve CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months of hire date.
• CompTIA Net+ Certification is a plus.
• Good understanding of core operating systems such as Windows and MAC including installation and configuration.
• Experience with Print Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Guide users through diagnostic steps to resolve issues.
• Document incidents and track using problem management database.
• Assist in creating training materials and manuals.
