Job summary

Sundance Institute is seeking a Coordinator, Help Desk to provide rapid end-user support and coordinate hardware/software needs across ticketing, calls, and emails. The role includes critical onsite support during the Sundance Film Festival and hybrid work in the greater Boulder, CO area.

This full-time position requires travel to worksites, extended hours during on-call rotations, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A unionized environment and ongoing onboarding are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience configuring and administering Mac/PC mixed environment.
• Great customer support skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations with end-users.
• Work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR background check.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tier 1 and tier 2 end-user support within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
• Remotely apply fixes and updates, manage licenses, and adjust user accounts.
• Administer Windows OS, MacOS, and software updates/patches.
• Manage Google Drive/Shared Drive permissions and access.
• Set up, configure, and test new employee workstations prior to start date.
• Provide onboarding tech orientations and ongoing training.
