Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Help Desk Team Member to provide first-line technical and non-technical support to Store Team Members. You will troubleshoot problems, guide users through corrective steps, and partner with the right teams for escalations to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate responses, research, and documentation in a ticketing system, with the possibility of weekend/evening shifts and a collaborative operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail and technical Help Desk preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for store operations and IT-related issues across multiple applications and systems.
• Diagnose problems and escalate to the next level per escalation procedures when needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve POS, inventory, software, and hardware issues.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls professionally and document interactions clearly in the ticketing system.
• Follow up on open and aged tickets to ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with hardware installation and other technical tasks as required (imaging, project work, rollout, maintenance).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
