Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to deliver Legendary Customer Experience while supporting selling initiatives and performing assigned tasks on shift. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Team Members participate in merchandising, cashier duties, stock recovery, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. No prior experience is required, though relevant retail or farming knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend, Add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Complete merchandising, price changes, and general store duties as assigned.
