Job summary

Tractor Supply is hiring a Team Member to interact with customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and perform store tasks. The role emphasizes delivering Legendary Customer Experience while maintaining attendance and working varied hours, including nights and weekends.

The position requires no experience; retail or farming knowledge is a plus. A high school diploma is preferred but not required, with reading, writing, and counting essential for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service: greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend solutions.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Perform merchandising duties and plan-o-gram procedures.
• Support safety and cleanliness of the store and stock areas.
