Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Help Desk Team Member to provide first-line technical and non-technical support to Store Team Members across our network. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through corrective steps, and document interactions in our logging system.

This role requires 0-2 years of experience in customer service or IT support, with familiarity in Windows applications and basic hardware. A high school diploma is required; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in customer service, retail and technical Help Desk preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Experience with Heat Call Logging preferred.
• High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for stores’ operational and IT issues using multiple applications and resources.
• Diagnose problems and escalate to the next level when needed.
• Identify, research, and resolve POS, inventory, software, and hardware issues.
• Document all interactions in the logging system with clear details.
• Handle high volume inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Instruct Store Team Members on installing hardware and peripherals.
