Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage customers, support selling initiatives, and perform store duties. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience and support daily operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and assisting customers with loading purchases.

Shifts may vary; the role requires flexibility, good communication, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required, retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandise assembly.
• Perform janitorial duties and price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary customer experience.
• Safely handle birds and maintain poultry holding areas as required.
