Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be assisting customers, stocking shelves, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and team members to support selling initiatives and provide Legendary Customer Experience.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions following company procedures.
• Restock and merchandise, perform housekeeping, price changes, and assist with loading purchases.
• Ensure safety and well-being of birds and maintain poultry holding tanks as required.
