Qualifications

• A minimum of two years in IT or call center support.
• Strong PC and peripheral knowledge in a networked environment.
• Experience with Windows 10 and Mac OSX.
• LAN support including Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Proficiency in MS Office 2010/2016/365.
• Bachelor's degree or technical certificate, or equivalent.
• CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier computer and software support on-site and by phone.
• Respond promptly to all support calls and document updates.
• Set up and maintain PCs including OS and software installation.
• Troubleshoot network connections to resolve issues.
• Manage and document IT support processes.
• Travel to LA area as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Submit weekly status reports.
