• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Detailed working knowledge of legal-specific software and processes, including Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, VPN, and Citrix.
• Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with software-related questions and troubleshooting basic PC hardware/network issues.
• Assist with IT projects, evaluating and implementing new software.
• Respond to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.
