Job summary

GrayRobinson is seeking an experienced Help Desk Analyst in Orlando to support users with software questions and resolve basic PC hardware/network issues.

The role also involves supporting IT projects, evaluating and implementing new software, and maintaining professional communication with users to deliver timely, efficient service. 5+ years of relevant experience preferred; law firm exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, VPN, and Citrix.
• Experience formatting/troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Law firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with software-related questions and troubleshoot basic PC hardware/network issues.
