Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont is seeking a Help Desk Analyst I to support our Infrastructure Operations and Services team. You will resolve technical issues for workforce members, communicate status, and escalate when needed to maintain service levels.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree in computer science or related field, with Bachelor's preferred, and is comfortable working onsite in Berlin, VT on Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or related field (minimum).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Good knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate prompt resolution of technical and production issues for workforce members.
• Maintain communication with requestors and escalate when necessary.
• Identify systemic issues and help optimize the user experience.
• Provide end-user operational assistance and adhere to corporate standards.
