Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science or related field required; bachelor's preferred.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify systemic issues and drive end-to-end resolution.
