Qualifications

• Experience in medical field as an office assistant, medical coder, or Licensed Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify member benefits, provider networks, and prior approval requirements for authorization of services in a call center environment.
• Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.
• Collaborate with the clinical review team in Utilization Management.
