Job description

Responsibilities

• Responding to and resolving help desk tickets
• Maintaining and troubleshooting issues with conference room equipment
• Provisioning and deploying laptops and peripherals for new employees
• Troubleshooting printers and MFP’s
• Troubleshooting issues with firm’s primary document management system, iManage
• Managing applications deployed to machines via Microsoft Intune/Company Portal
• Managing Exchange distributions groups in Microsoft Exchange Online
• Troubleshooting email delivery issues using Mimecast and Microsoft Exchange Online
• Setting up new phone numbers/extensions in Microsoft Teams admin portal
• Troubleshooting issues with Office 365 applications
• Creating new users accounts in active directory
• Managing security groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure
• Enrolling and managing cell phones via Microsoft Intune
• Assisting other members of the IT team with project work as needed

Technical Requirements

• Windows 10/11 (at least 3 years experience)
• Microsoft Active Directory (at least 3 years experience)
• Microsoft Office 365 applications (at least 3 years experience)
• Microsoft Teams administration (at least 3 years experience)
• Microsoft Exchange Online (at least 3 years experience)
• Microsoft Intune (at least 3 years experience)
• iManage (preferred not required)
