• Attention to detail to ensure correct billing and shipping methods.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders with accuracy in the call center system.
• Select billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders.
• Provide customer service support and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Document patient information into TherigySTM.
• Resolve customer service issues to improve member satisfaction.
• Address payment-related issues on accounts and orders.
• Maintain production levels as directed by supervisor.
• May assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
