Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for a full-time position to provide medical air transportation services. The role requires a rotorcraft FAA Commercial certificate, instrument rating, and extensive helicopter hours, including night operations.

On-site housing and robust retention bonuses are offered, with a 7/7 schedule and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, subject to eligibility. As part of the team, you will work with medical experts to transport patients, ensure aircraft readiness,

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours; 1,500 Helicopter Hours; 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours; 1,000 Turbine Hours; 200 Night Flight Hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with the medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals and Med-Trans requirements, including FARs and aircraft cleanliness.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team per recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Pilot Incentives

• Salary Range: $109,173 - $120,091 including 23% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
