We're hiring Aircraft Maintenance, Structure, and Avionics Technicians to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and modifications on a diverse helicopter fleet, ensuring FAA compliance and mission readiness.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  1. Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  2. Verifies, by physical inspection or markings, that parts and assemblies match documentation after installation or removal.
  3. Ensures all maintenance documentation complies with Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, procedures, and manuals.
  4. Participates in the continuous improvement phase (level 4) of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and is familiar with its policies, processes, and procedures.
  5. Maintains a clean and professional work area.
  6. Other duties as assigned.
135 Specific Responsibilities
  1. Corrects compliance or safety issues as directed by management.
  2. Advises the Pilot in Command (PIC) of maintenance issues affecting aircraft readiness.
  3. Validates data in the Status Report concerning the aircraft worked on.
  4. Requests parts and supplies to maintain adequate inventory for prompt repairs.
145 Specific Responsibilities
  1. Uses Air Method’s EAP system (Ramco) for accurate time tracking.
  2. Identifies parts, tools, and supplies needed for non-routine discrepancies.
  3. Performs maintenance on 145 shop support equipment.
  4. Mentors and trains less experienced mechanics.
  5. Participates in LEAN process improvements.
Additional Job Requirements
  • Provide timely on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
  • Maintain regular scheduled attendance.
  • Travel percentage: approximately 10%.
Qualifications

Must perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as required by law.

Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 2-5 years’ related experience or equivalent; factory airframe/power plant schools preferred; FAR 135 operations preferred.

Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, vibration balancing, sheet metal and composite repair, document comprehension, multitasking, teamwork, flexible schedule, proficiency with manuals and ERP systems, strong communication, creative problem solving.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; RAMCO experience preferred.

Certificates & Licenses: FAA A&P License in good standing; Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
