We're hiring Aircraft Maintenance, Structure, and Avionics Technicians to perform maintenance, repairs, inspections, and modifications on a diverse helicopter fleet, ensuring FAA compliance and mission readiness.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Performs inspections and repairs of aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance procedures, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, service letters, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Verifies, by physical inspection or markings, that parts’ serial and part numbers match documentation after installation or removal.
- Ensures all maintenance documentation complies with Federal Aviation Regulations, company policies, and maintenance manuals.
- Participates in the continuous improvement phase (level 4) of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS) and is familiar with its policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and professional work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
135 Specific Responsibilities
- Corrects compliance or safety issues as directed by management.
- Advises the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any maintenance issues that could ground an aircraft.
- Validates data in the aircraft’s Status Report.
- Requests aviation parts and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure operational readiness.
145 Specific Responsibilities
- Uses Air Method’s EAP system (Ramco) to accurately record time on tasks.
- Identifies parts, tools, and supplies needed for non-routine discrepancies.
- Performs maintenance on 145 shop’s support equipment.
- Mentors and trains less experienced mechanics.
- Participates in LEAN process improvements.
Additional Job Requirements
- Provide on-call availability during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Maintain regular scheduled attendance.
- Travel up to 10% of the time.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years’ related experience or training; factory airframe/power plant schooling preferred.
- FAR 135 operations experience preferred.
Skills
- Electrical troubleshooting, vibration balancing, sheet metal, and composite repairs.
- Ability to interpret documents like 337s, Service Bulletins, ADs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
- Flexible schedule including overtime and on-call rotations.
- Proficient with manuals, vendor data, and ERP systems (Ramco preferred).
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- RAMCO experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- FAA A&P License in good standing.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred.
