Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Irving, TX is seeking a HEDIS Program Manager Health Plan Quality Improvement to collaborate with the HEDIS Manager to develop and advance the HEDIS program in line with accreditation changes.

The role leads education activities, rolls out provider and staff training, and partners with the Health Plan Quality leaders to ensure timely readiness assessments, process evaluations, and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across CAHPS and HEDIS initiatives.

Qualifications

• HEDIS experience required, 4 or more years.
• Educator/trainer experience preferred.
• Oral and written presentation skills preferred.
• EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and coordination of the HEDIS program per accreditation changes.
• Coordinate education activities and training for providers and staff.
• Collaborate with Quality leadership to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Conduct readiness assessments and evaluations of procedures and CAHPS initiatives.
• Oversee data coordination and documentation quality for HEDIS measures.
