Praxis Health is seeking a Quality Improvement Manager to lead the organization’s quality and HEDIS performance. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to implement sustainable improvement strategies and act as the EMR quality expert for workflows, documentation, and reporting.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, education delivery on quality requirements, and close collaboration with IT/EMR teams and executive leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare quality, HEDIS, population health, payer quality programs, or quality improvement.
• Experience managing or supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures, quality metrics, care gaps, and payer incentive programs.
• Experience with EMR systems and quality-related functionality, reporting, registries, and workflows (Cerner/Oracle Health preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
