HITEC in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Clinical Quality Analytics team to lead the planning and execution of annual HEDIS audit operations. You will act as the primary operational liaison to external HEDIS audit firms and drive the timely completion of audit roadmaps and information requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four years of relevant experience if no degree.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience with cross-functional deliverables.
• Familiarity with enterprise PM tools and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• HEDIS reporting and NCQA audits experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating virtual HEDIS onsite audits and data exchanges preferred.
• Knowledge of health plan clinical quality operations preferred.
• PMP or related certification preferred; not required.
