Job summary

Maryland Care Management, Inc. (MCMI) seeks a detail-oriented outreach coordinator to support HEDIS initiatives and member education across our Maryland network. You will help schedule appointments, educate providers on coding guidelines, and track outreach activities to close care gaps.

Travel up to 15-20% statewide, and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate member needs. A high school diploma and at least 3 years of health care marketing or outreach experience are required, with

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities essential.
• Experience with HEDIS or health care quality initiatives highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integral part of the HEDIS team delivering member and provider education related to HEDIS care gaps.
• Collaborate with provider sites to assist with member scheduling of appointments and education on coding guidelines for HEDIS.
• Responsible for scheduling and tracking of HEDIS-specific specialty clinics.
• Manage inbound/outbound call queues to assist members with appointment scheduling and HEDIS outreach.
• Maintain an incentive database to track member compliance and record outreach activity.
