Maryland Care Management, Inc. (MCMI) seeks a Prevention and Wellness Educator to coordinate and deliver education activities to Maryland Medicaid recipients, under the Manager's direction. The role promotes preventive care and coordinates outreach with providers and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have managed care or population health experience, strong public speaking and writing skills, and ability to travel statewide. Competitive benefits and 20 days PTO provided.

Qualifications

• Background in managed care, care management, or population health.
• Effective communication and public speaking skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outreach to Medicaid recipients and providers to promote preventive services.
• Develop and deliver health education presentations and events.
• Support regulatory/compliance requirements (NCQA, EQRO, HEDIS).
• Maintain resource library and produce newsletters.
