Job summary

Maryland Care Management, Inc. (MCMI) seeks an outreach-focused coordinator to support Maryland Physician Care's HEDIS initiatives. You will educate members and providers, help schedule appointments, and track outreach activity to improve care gaps.

The role requires 3+ years in health care marketing/outreach, proficiency with MS Office, and a willingness to travel 15-20% across Maryland. A high school diploma is required and candidates with HEDIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ recent and related health care marketing, outreach, and/or health education experience.
• Recent and related experience working with HEDIS criteria; working in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and Skills: MS Office proficiency; problem-solving to procure data and information.
• Travel 15-20% throughout the state of Maryland; may require working outside normal hours including evenings and Saturdays.
