Job summary

Northern Trust in Tempe, AZ is seeking an analyst to support hedge fund servicing processes, deliver quality results for small to mid-sized clients, and contribute to data management, performance reporting, and regulatory compliance.

You will analyze data, review documents, and coordinate with peers and managers to ensure timely service delivery while following policies and controls. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; typically 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent experience and role-specific certifications may be considered where applicable.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Completes hedge fund servicing processes accurately and on time per guidelines.
• Supports small to mid-sized clients within alternative asset services.
• Analyzes operational, data, performance, or reporting information and evaluates solutions.
• Monitors timelines, communicates updates, and coordinates with peers and managers.
• Applies understanding of business drivers to support data management and reporting.
• Reviews data, documents, transactions, and reconciliations for accuracy and controls.
• Contributes to team performance by sharing information and coordinating deliverables.
• Builds working relationships with peers and senior staff as needed.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflows and supports practical solutions.
• May guide new team members and ensure adherence to policies.
