Northern Trust is seeking a QA Analyst within Investor Services to validate that final deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. You will review trade confirms, capital activity, AML/KYC checks, and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy before client delivery.

Based in the U.S., the role emphasizes collaboration with investor teams, timely processing, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out.
• Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines.
• Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion.
• Works closely with the investor services rep to ensure seamless hand off for review of activity.
• Coordinate and identify breaks / discrepancies with investor team.
