Northern Trust in Tempe is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for Hedge Fund Services investor operations. You will review daily trade confirms, capital activity, AML/KYC processes and ensure timely, accurate deliverables for clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with advanced Microsoft Office skills; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables.
• Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines.
• Collaborates with investor services reps for seamless hand off for review of activity.
• Identify breaks / discrepancies with investor team and raise issues.
• Prioritize conflicting needs and drive projects to completion under deadlines.
