Qualifications

• Experience in Investor Services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Client Services, AML/KYC, Operations, or related financial services function.
• Strong understanding of investor onboarding, subscriptions, redemptions, and investor servicing activities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process investor subscription documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and fund requirements.
• Manage investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and capital activity reporting.
• Complete AML, KYC, and client verification reviews in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and issue investor statements, trade confirmations, and other investor reporting.
• Maintain investor records, share registers, and subscription bank account information.
• Partner with fund managers, investors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and operational issues.
• Assist with investor audit requests and ongoing due diligence activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within Investor Services and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the client experience.
• Handle complex client and operational matters with significant business impact.
