Job summary

The Northern Trust Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a QA Analyst for Investor Services, responsible for quality reviews of trade confirms, capital activity, AML/KYC, and investor reporting. You will coordinate with the investor services team to ensure timely, accurate deliverables to clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Basic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily reviews and executes controls before final deliverables are sent out.
• Completes daily reviews / tasks in a timely manner meeting deliverable timelines.
• Works effectively as a team member but also independently.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matters proactively and follows through on projects to completion.
• Works closely with the investor services rep to ensure seamless hand off for review of activity.
