YO HR Consultancy is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts for a remote contractor role to contribute to a language and AI training project. Your domain knowledge matters, and no prior AI experience is required.

In this role you will listen to Hebrew audio, evaluate nativeness and fluency, assess pronunciation and linguistic authenticity, and provide clear written feedback in English. You’ll collaborate with project coordinators to ensure accurate, timely task completion and reliable data for AI

Qualifications

• Native-level Hebrew proficiency with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at least B2 for written and verbal communication.
• Background in linguistics, phonetics, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear English feedback, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Hebrew understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audio review tasks with high quality.
