Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew (reading and writing).
• B2+ proficiency in English for written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify linguistic nuances.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluate criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluations with clear, concise written feedback in English.
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models' Hebrew-language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
