The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with 9-hour shifts including lunch and breaks. Safety and reliability are essential in this physically demanding role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders with scanners and software.
• Lift, move, and transport storage boxes and totes from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and carts safely on all warehouse areas.
• Load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap, and stage orders for shipments.
• Perform frequent bending, kneeling, and ladder use during shifts.
• Maintain safety and accuracy in a physically active environment.

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate in Everett WA 98203 with $20.88/hr pay for a 12-month temp to permanent opportunity. This is a 100% hands‑on, physically demanding manual labor position.

Schedule

Schedule: 7: 30 AM - 4: 00 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Environment

Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather please dress accordingly).

Physical Requirements

Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift.

What You ll Do:

• Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes) using proprietary software and handheld scanners.
• Lift, move, arrange, and transport storage boxes, bins, and totes ranging from 24 lbs to 100+ lbs unassisted.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, hand carts) across warehouse floors, inclines, and stairs.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets, shrink-wrap pallets, and stage orders onto trucks.
• Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform prolonged heavy physical exertion in a warehouse setting.

What We re Looking For:

• Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to 100 lbs. Without assistance.
• Willing and able to walk, stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience using basic warehouse tools or willingness to learn (pallet jacks, carts, scanners).
• Protective footwear required: Must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards and be slip‑resistant (rated Better or Best).
• Safety‑minded and dependable, with attention to detail.
