Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a laborer in heavy highway/construction preferred.
• Must be hard working, dependable and able to perform manual labor for most of the shift.
• General laborer duties require physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manual operations on heavy highway construction sites.
• Unload and load materials and read plans and specifications.
• Dig trenches and prepare work zones; install pipes and pour concrete/asphalt as directed.
• Operate tools and machines; aid Foremen and other workers.
