Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking an experienced Welder to perform advanced welding and fabrication for skid steers, backhoe loaders, and other heavy equipment. You will produce high-quality welds meeting safety and production standards in a fast-paced factory setting.

The role requires reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, fabricating parts, and ensuring inspections meet quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MIG welding (GMAW) and ability to perform high-quality welds.
• Must pass drug screens, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding including MIG, SMAW, and TIG as required.
• Read blueprints, weld symbols, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, and fabrication machinery.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure safety and quality standards.
