Job summary

Dolese Bros Co is hiring Mobile Lube Technicians to perform general and advanced mechanical repairs on company mobile equipment and vehicles. You will work a 12-hour shift rotating, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive maintenance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Technician with 1–5 years of experience or more.
• Ability to use Cat ET program to do basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, fuel, A/C and brake systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematic diagrams.
• Excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and environmental rules and company policies (MSHA and OSHA).
• Perform general and advanced mechanical repairs on mobile equipment and vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, and hydraulic/fuel systems.
• Weld, brazing and cutting as needed for the duties.
• Assist other mechanics and complete special projects.
• Maintain neat, professional shop and work areas; complete paperwork accurately.
