Job summary

Dolese Bros Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech to ensure quality plant maintenance, performing general repairs on all equipment in a safe, efficient and productive manner.

The role follows a 6am–6pm day shift, Sunday through Wednesday, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed. Responsibilities include operating conveyors, crushers, and screen units; performing preventive maintenance; assisting welders; maintaining clean work areas and completing paperwork in a timely fashion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, MSHA guidelines, and company policies.
• Operate and maintain conveyors, crushers, screen units, and feeders safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Assist welders and support special projects as needed.
• Maintain neat, professional work areas and timely paperwork.
• Work a day shift: 6am–6pm, Sunday–Wednesday, with possible extended hours.
