Job summary

SourceLine is seeking a dependable Lube Technician to join our equipment service team. This hands-on role supports maintenance and service of a variety of equipment, with a focus on quality work.

The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and collaborates well with others. Responsibilities include lubrication, inspection, and assisting experienced technicians; OT may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on mechanical or equipment experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or service issues
• Assist experienced technicians with service and repair work
• Perform basic maintenance and service tasks as assigned
• Help maintain an organized and safe shop environment
• Follow proper safety and service procedures
• Support the team with additional shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on mechanical or equipment experience preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment, construction equipment, or related machinery is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable work habits
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team
• Ability to learn how to operate the equipment being serviced

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
