Job summary

All Roads is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic for our Cranberry Township, PA location. You will diagnose, service, and repair Vermeer and related construction equipment in a hands-on role with a supportive team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive hourly pay, and production bonuses. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is available for qualified candidates, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hydraulic and electrical diagnostic capability.
• Experience working on heavy equipment or heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to document repairs in CDK and communicate with the Service Manager.
• Detail oriented, organized, safety focused and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and recondition Vermeer equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions including hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Welding as needed.
• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager.
• Create accurate repair estimates; CDK experience is a plus.
• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Are you a self-starter who enjoys working with heavy equipment, diesel engines and problem solving? We are excited to bring on a new addition to our Cranberry Township, PA location. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic you will diagnose, service, and repair Vermeer and related construction equipment. If you’re mechanically inclined, hands-on, and ready to build a career with a supportive team.

Compensation & Schedule

• $28-$38 per hour (based on experience)


• Monday - Friday no nights/weekends


• Production bonuses available


• Sign on bonus up to $5000 for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair & recondition Vermeer equipment


• Diagnose equipment malfunctions including hydraulic & electrical experience


• Welding as needed


• Recognize and recommend appropriate repairs to the Service Manager


• Create accurate repair estimates, CDK experience a plus


• Communicate with OEM/factory for technical assistance


• Other duties as assigned
