The position emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance across a variety of heavy machinery and environmental equipment, with emphasis on safety, certification, and customer-ready workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in shop or field service repair.
• Strong diagnostic skills esp. 12/24 volt electrical wiring and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with diagnostics tools and software.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of equipment: dirt movers, lifts, paving and milling machines, environmental equipment.
• Conduct functionality and safety tests.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain issues.
• Utilize laptops and tablets to run diagnostics.
• Interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Follow OSHA and EPA safety standards.
• Stay current on training and manufacturer certifications.
