Job summary

Exact Crane & Equipment Corp in Solon, OH is seeking a reliable, dedicated worker to assist in a full-service heavy equipment shop. The role includes detailing equipment, pressure washing, rigging for crane operations, loading and unloading machines, and helping mechanics when needed. Hours are Monday to Friday 7 am–4:30 pm, with Saturdays optional.

Overtime beyond 40 hours is paid at time-and-a-half. Benefits include a 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Reliable, trustworthy with the ability to follow directions.
• Takes pride in one's work and can perform a variety of shop tasks.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance or detailing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sweep the shop and keep it clean.
• Pressure wash heavy equipment and occasionally sand or buff smaller equipment.
• Assist mechanics when needed.
• Rig equipment for crane operations and help load/unload machines.
• Pick up and drop off parts locally.
• Vacuum and detail equipment as part of preparation.
