EquipmentShare seeks a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic) at the Columbus, OH facility. You will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using diagnostics on-site and ensuring proper documentation. Training opportunities and future growth are key parts of this role.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime after 40 hours, and potential on-call compensation; OSHA knowledge is preferred and OEM training is provided year-round.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school certificate preferred.
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of heavy equipment at a rental facility.
• Use laptops/tablets for diagnostics and documentation.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain accurate work orders and paperwork.
• Handle equipment pick-up and delivery as needed.
