You will work on skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment, diagnosing hydraulics/electrical issues and ensuring job-site readiness. Join a fast-growing company expanding in Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic or service technician.
• Background working on construction, rental, or industrial equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines and mechanical components.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment without guesswork.
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of hands-on shop and field work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on construction equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly.
• Prepare equipment so it is job-site ready and reliable.
• Work with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
