Qualifications

• 1 year field experience repairing heavy construction equipment.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment technicians with technical support by phone/email or on site.
• Develop quick and accurate communication with field personnel and dispatch.
• Assure quality of repairs to minimize recall/duplicate work.
• Assure compliance with all governmental and company safety policies.
• Comply with Human Resources policies.
• Review shop tool requirements to do work more efficiently.
• Observe and report deficiencies to forward PM program for effectiveness.
• Participate in technical training with dealer/manufacturer and share with others.
• Work closely with Field Services Dispatcher and parts personnel for on-time parts delivery.
• Collaborate daily with Internal Department, Field Managers and Supervisors/Field Mechanics.
