Custom Truck One Source in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Call Center Service Advisor to partner with our team. You will handle inbound calls and emails, diagnose issues over the phone, and coordinate planned repairs for vocational trucks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of aerial vehicles, equipment and heavy and light duty trucks.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Detail oriented with accurate work habits.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with parts and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Timely answers inbound emails and phone calls related to service issues.
• Identifies problems by listening to customer descriptions and clarifying details.
• Prepares repair orders detailing symptoms, problems, and repairs; obtains approvals.
• Communicates with parts department to locate part numbers.
• Maintains communication with customers, providing timelines and status updates.
• Participates in training to learn products and processes.
• Processes invoices and payments for service repairs.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage.
• Contacts fleet management for authorization to start work or for estimates.
