Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is a premier heavy equipment dealer delivering quality new, used and rental equipment across 27 branch locations in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

We are expanding in the Greensboro area by adding a Parts and Service Sales professional to provide product support, grow revenue, and demonstrate that PSR and Linder are solutions providers.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Proficient computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer-service abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase parts and service sales in the assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present parts and service quotations.
• Conduct after-sales visits and maintain CRM data.
• Develop partnerships with internal teams (Service, Parts, Sales).
• Maintain daily CRM call reports and 50-point inspections.
