Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Product Support Representative (PSR) to expand our presence in the assigned territory by delivering superior product support to customers and promoting all makes parts and service.

The PSR will conduct after-sales visits, prepare quotes, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with Service, Parts, and Sales teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and parts functions.
• Mechanical aptitude in heavy equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service sales in assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present quotations for Parts and Service.
• Conduct after-sales visits with customers.
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates; signup for electronic ordering.
• Acquire customer information to build a CRM database with machines, contacts, and purchasers.
• Conduct routine machine visits with 50-point inspections for customers.
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing programs (New, Used, All Makes).
• Develop and maintain partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
• Maintain daily CRM call reports.
• Collaborate with mainline salesperson to form a strong customer support team.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.

Job Summary:

Expand Linder's presence in assigned territory, providing product support to customers, and increase product support revenue. Promote Linder's 'all makes' products and demonstrate by actions that the PSR and Linder are solutions providers.

Responsibilities:

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in assigned territory in order to grow revenue, including consumables and commodities, service repairs, and undercarriage
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers
• Conduct after-sales visit
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates, complete 90 -day revisit, discuss and sign up customers for electronic part ordering
• Acquire customer information to build comprehensive data base to include machine lists, customer contacts, influencers, and Parts and Service purchasers - all information to reside in CRM
• Conduct routine machine visits completing 50-point walk around inspection and present to customers
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing and sales programs to include New, Used , and All Makes opportunities
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal customers (Service, Parts, and Sales)
• Maintain DAILY call reports on CRM
• Develop strong working relationship with mainline salesperson in assigned territory to form a strong supp ort team for customers
• Other tasks as requested by manager

Education/Experience/Skills:

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skilled in developing inter-personal relationships
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
