Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Ladson, SC, is seeking a Product Support Representative (PSR) to expand the company’s presence in the assigned territory and provide product support to customers. The role focuses on growing product support revenue through all makes parts and service opportunities.

The PSR will conduct after-sales visits, prepare quotes, maintain CRM data, promote parts and service programs, and collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts, sales and customer needs.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service sales opportunities in the assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers.
• Conduct after-sales visits.
• Complete Komtrax and Warranty certificates and follow up with customers.
• Acquire customer information to build a CRM database.
• Conduct routine machine visits with a 50-point inspection and report findings.
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing programs for all makes opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal teams (Service, Parts, Sales).
• Maintain DAILY call reports on CRM.
• Collaborate with mainline salesperson in the territory to form a support team.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.

Job Summary

Expand Linder’s presence in assigned territory, providing product support to customers, and increase product support revenue. Promote Linder’s “all makes” products and demonstrate by actions that the PSR and Linder are solutions providers.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service Sales opportunities in assigned territory in order to grow revenue, including consumables and commodities, service repairs, and undercarriage
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations for customers
• Conduct after-sales visit
• Complete and present Komtrax and Warranty certificates, complete 90 -day revisit, discuss and sign up customers for electronic part ordering
• Acquire customer information to build comprehensive data base to include machine lists, customer contacts, influencers, and Parts and Service purchasers - all information to reside in CRM
• Conduct routine machine visits completing 50-point walk around inspection and present to customers
• Promote current Parts and Service marketing and sales programs to include New, Used , and All Makes opportunities
• Develop and maintain partnerships with internal customers (Service, Parts, and Sales)
• Maintain DAILY call reports on CRM
• Develop strong working relationship with mainline salesperson in assigned territory to form a strong supp ort team for customers
• Other tasks as requested by manager

Education/Experience/Skills

• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college, technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Skilled in developing inter-personal relationships
• General knowledge of maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, and customer needs
• Mechanical aptitude and experience in heavy equipment industry required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
