Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Proficient computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal relationship development.
• Mechanical aptitude and heavy equipment knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase Parts and Service sales in assigned territory to grow revenue.
• Prepare and present Parts and Service quotations.
• Conduct after-sales visits.
• Complete Komtrax and Warranty certificates; 90-day revisit.
• Acquire customer information for CRM database.
• Conduct routine machine visits with 50-point inspections.
• Promote Parts and Service marketing and all-makes opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with internal Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
• Maintain daily CRM call reports.
• Collaborate with mainline salesperson to support customers.
• Other tasks as requested by manager.
