Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Product Support Representative to expand the company’s presence in the assigned territory and provide product support to customers. The role promotes all-makes parts and services and drives revenue through parts, service repairs, and related solutions.

The PSR will conduct after-sales visits, prepare quotes, maintain a comprehensive CRM database, perform 50-point inspections, and collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams

Qualifications

AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Strong interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to heavy equipment and parts.
Understanding of service, parts, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Increase parts and service sales opportunities in assigned territory.
Prepare and present quotes for parts and service to customers.
Conduct after-sales visits and routine machine inspections.
Complete and present warranty certificates and sign up customers for electronic ordering.
Capture customer data in CRM including machines, contacts, and purchasers.
Maintain daily CRM call reports and coordinate with mainline sales.
Develop partnerships with Service, Parts, and Sales teams.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
